To Our Valued Customers:
Like many of you, we here at Capitol Supplies have spent the last few weeks taking in the information regarding the Corona Virus. We want you to be aware that we are following the recommendations from the CDC, Local, State, and Federal authorities. We have been developing plans to do our part as a company to minimize the risk of exposure or transmission to our employees and customers. We want to take this opportunity to make you aware of a few key points and changes.
- As an essential industry, we remain open to serve our customers.
- At this time, we are not experiencing any delays or shortages on our core products from our suppliers. We are in regular communication with them to keep abreast of any changes in lead times or availability.
- “Will Call” orders: We would prefer you to Will Call orders in advance of your arrival in order to limit the personal contact time between you and our staff. You will have no access to our building or restroom facilities at this time. Let us know the time you intend to pick up the order and we will have it ready and waiting for you.
- Delivery Orders: Shop and Job Site deliveries (Remember… we don’t charge a delivery fee!) will continue as normal, but our drivers have been instructed to limit their exposure to others on job sites. Please don’t ask them to carry materials inside the structure. We need to “unload and go”.
